The restaurant of Mario Sanchez (DiverXO) and Charlotte Finkel (Four Seasons) travels between Paris and Cadiz with casual but masterful dishes in the line of relaxed and certainly affordable without losing the level of skill, technique and creativity with a certain dose of hooliganism. Bar, kitchen, large shared table and another area of low tables combine walnut wood and red marble, the traditional and the contemporary, the one and the other country, with a very careful lighting.
